The hotel had beautiful, clean, and tastefully decorated rooms, dedicated for the kids to play in while Mum and Dad get some peace and quiet while waiting for dinner. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, although slightly disorganized across meal periods. The location was superb in a private majestic Jurassic valley, but access on a dirt track road was not pleasant. The dining experience, while good, lacked a general manager/maître presence at dinner. The facilities were well-maintained and clean.
The hotel offers exceptional rooms resembling small houses with all necessary comforts, complimented by a spacious and impressive swimming pool unseen in most inland resorts. However, the dining options are slightly limited to buffet-style meals, and private tours might not always align with the A la carte menu availability.
